New Zealand

• Standard shipping: NZ$7.95

• Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days

Australia

• Standard shipping: NZ$20 equivalent, displayed in AUD at checkout

• Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Processing & Delivery

Our products are shipped directly from our trusted overseas supplier in China.

Please allow approximately 1–3 business days for order processing before dispatch. This is an estimate and may vary depending on supplier availability.

Once dispatched, delivery is estimated to take 7–21 business days. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees and may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, we'll provide tracking information once your order has been dispatched and the tracking details have been issued by the shipping provider.

Tracking updates may take a few days to appear, particularly while parcels are transferring between domestic and international couriers.

Multiple Items

If you order multiple physical products, they may arrive in separate packages depending on supplier availability and shipping arrangements.

Digital Products

Our digital adventure packs are delivered electronically. No physical shipping is required.
