Our physical products are shipped directly from overseas suppliers.

Estimated delivery times are generally 7–21 business days after dispatch for New Zealand and Australia.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by shipping providers, customs processing and other factors beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds and replacements are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
